Something's Coming
In three weeks, Lemonade & Co. goes live. I am equal parts excited and terrified. Mostly excited. Okay, mostly terrified. But the good kind.
If you've somehow found this page before launch day (hello, you're early, I respect the enthusiasm), here's what this is and why it exists.
What actually is it?
Lemonade & Co. is a virtual assistant service for UK-based founders, solopreneurs, consultants, and small business owners. The kind of people who are brilliant at what they do but losing hours every week to admin, tech setup, and all the operational stuff that keeps a business running but isn't why they started one.
I've spent the last few years in B2B SaaS, working alongside exactly these people. And the same problem kept coming up: they needed help, but not enough to justify hiring someone full-time. So everything just stayed on their plate.
I kept thinking I could help bridge that gap. And eventually I stopped just thinking it.
The bit that gets me excited
Yes, I do inbox management, scheduling, admin, research, all the traditional VA stuff. That's the foundation.
But what I LOVE is the tech side. Software setup and onboarding, so that CRM you bought in January actually gets configured and used. Website creation, so you've got something professional that doesn't rely on an agency charging you £200 every time you want to change a paragraph. Workflow automation, so you stop copying the same data into three different tools every week. AI implementation and guidance, so you're actually using the tools everyone keeps talking about.
That's where Lemonade & Co. goes further. The traditional admin stuff, of course, but specialising in the tech side of things.
What happens on 6th April
The website goes fully live with the full picture: services, pricing, how it all works, and a way to book a free discovery call.
